Our school is on a Real Schools journey, and we want our families to be part of it!

We know that the best outcomes for our students happen when home and school work together.

Join us for our Real Schools Family Information Session to learn more about the restorative practices we are introducing at Manunda, share your thoughts and take home practical strategies to support your children.

Wednesday 14 October
4:00pm | Manunda Preschool

To make it easier for families to attend, we will have:

Free child minding provided

Free take-home dinner for every family, thanks to The Smith Family

A chance to win one of two $50 Woolworths vouchers

This is a great opportunity to have your say, ask questions and learn more about the direction our school is taking.

We would love to see as many Manunda families there as possible!

Our school is on a Real Schools journey, and we want our families to be part of it.

Real Schools works with schools to build a consistent, restorative approach to behaviour, relationships and wellbeing across the whole school community.

We know that the best outcomes for our students happen when home and school work together. We want our families to hear the strategies we are using at school, have the opportunity to share their input, and learn some practical strategies that can also be used at home.

Come along to our Real Schools Parent Information Session to hear more about our journey and how we can work together to support our children.

BOOK WEEK 2026

What a fantastic week celebrating books, characters and reading at Manunda Terrace!

Our Book Week Parade was a highlight, with some seriously impressive costumes and plenty of favourite book characters coming to life.

A special congratulations to our Best Effort Costume winners:

Lower Primary: Allan Wilkins
Middle Primary: Cassius Anderson-Edwards
Upper Primary: Vivianne Cidro

A big thank you to our staff who got into the Book Week spirit and dressed up, and especially to our families who helped create costumes and came along to join us for the parade. It was wonderful to have so many families there celebrating with us.

Enjoy some of our favourite moments from Book Week 2026!

So far, 29 families have completed our 2026 School Survey. We need 44 more responses to beat last year’s record.

Your feedback tells us what Manunda does well, what we need to improve, and what matters most to our families.

If you haven’t completed the survey yet, please have your say. Every response counts. Follow the link above!

In Week 3, we celebrated our Manunda NAIDOC Week. Each classroom, including our Wellbeing and Stem room, participated in a window decorating competition.

Each class represented a different poster celebrating the 50 years of NAIDOC.

All students put in so much effort and creativity into their window displays. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to celebrate NAIDOC Week and proudly showcase their hard work!

Our window competition winners are:
Room 7 1st place 🥇
Room 10 2nd place 🥈
Room 11 3rd place 🥉

Congratulations and well done to everyone who participated!
