In Week 3, we celebrated our Manunda NAIDOC Week. Each classroom, including our Wellbeing and Stem room, participated in a window decorating competition.
Each class represented a different poster celebrating the 50 years of NAIDOC.
All students put in so much effort and creativity into their window displays. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to celebrate NAIDOC Week and proudly showcase their hard work!
Our window competition winners are:
Room 7 1st place ๐ฅ
Room 10 2nd place ๐ฅ
Room 11 3rd place ๐ฅ
Congratulations and well done to everyone who participated!

Week 2 Term 3 Assembly
It was wonderful to come together for our first whole-school assembly of Term 3 and celebrate a fantastic start to the semester.
Congratulations to all of our Merit Award and Value Award recipients, who have demonstrated a positive attitude towards learning and consistently shown our Manunda Values in their classrooms and around the school.
We also acknowledged the students who have reached Positive Referral Milestones. While there were only a small number of milestone recipients today, we look forward to celebrating many more students as the term progresses.
Well done to all of the award recipients. Here's to another great term of learning, growth and success at Manunda Terrace Primary School!

Last Friday, the Manunda NTLC proudly presented their mid-way pitch, sharing the progress of our Manunda Wonder social media project.
We couldn't be more proud of the small group of students who represented our school. Standing up in front of other schools to share their ideas, learning and experiences took a great deal of courage, and they did an outstanding job.
It was inspiring to listen to the innovative projects being undertaken across the Darwin region, and we were incredibly grateful for the positive feedback and encouragement we received about our project.
We're excited to take on board the ideas and suggestions shared with us as we continue to grow and improve Manunda Wonder, creating authentic, student-led stories that strengthen connections with our families and community.
You can watch our mid-way pitch below to hear about the journey of Manunda Wonder, what they've learned so far, and what's next for the project!
