Outback Active is an award-winning, free exercise prescription program for healthy ageing in Katherine - now open for the March intake.

Don’t worry if you are not the fittest person - this is a tailored exercise journey with exercise professionals to help you achieve health goals (whether it is strengthening balance or improving mobility), and includes one-on-one sessions and small group sessions.

This is a telehealth program for people 65+ or First Nations people 50+ living in Katherine.

You can also attend from CDU’s telehealth room on Second Street, if you don’t want the trouble of setting up telehealth yourself.

All participants get a free equipment bundle.
