Two weeks to choose from (21–25 Sept or 28 Sept to 2 Oct), with day tickets and whole-week tickets available.

Calling all Year 9 to12 Darwin students who want to level up their cyber skills.
Think you’ve got what it takes to:
• Crack codes
• Solve digital mysteries
• Compete against students from across the country
Then PECAN+ CTF is your chance to dive into the exciting world of IT and cybersecurity!
A thrilling Capture The Flag (CTF) competition where teams of up to 4 will crack codes, solve puzzles, and outsmart cyber challenges.

Takes place in Darwin City:
Training Day is Saturday 22nd August.

Central Australian Game Developer Meet Up:
This Saturday 18th July, Alice Springs.
This meet-up brings together Central Australian creators, developers and industry practitioners across the interactive and digital landscape.
Whether you work in traditional game development, interactive and immersive content, digital art, animation or live tech experiences.
Free entry. All are welcome - industry veterans, students, hobbyists, business and support professionals, and creators from adjacent sectors looking to cross over or collaborate.

🎮 That's a wrap on the GeekFest Game Jam 2026!
Over 28 days, developers took on the challenge of creating an original game inspired by this year's theme, "Wet vs Dry: Battle of the Tropics."
There were 35 registrations & 10 games submitted (6 of which were youth-made!)
