Today is a magical day to manifest hopes and dreams and to release any karmic vows.

Dream work is especially powerful on this 2’s day. Take the time to write ✍️ in your journal. If ____ didn’t limit you. What would you do? Who would you be?

Don’t have a journal? It’s a good day to get one.

Dream Big - today is not the day for excuses.

Today is also significant because we won’t see this number sequence again in our lifetime.

Time to release any karmic vows holding you back. Did you take a vow of poverty and always struggle with resources. What about a vow of chastity? Do you struggle with loving relationships?

Today is the day to release the past.

Inspire Magical Freedom 🙏

TO THE WOMAN WHO IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY...

To the woman who has lost her spark.
To the woman whose get up and go, has well and truly gone.
This is for you.
This is to remind you, that you don’t have to be everything to everyone, every day.
You didn’t sign up for that.
Remember when you used to laugh? Sing?
Throw caution to the wind?
Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not always being perfect.
You can get that back again.
You really can.
And that doesn’t have to mean letting people down or walking away.
It just means being kinder to you, feeling brave enough to say no sometimes.
Being brave enough to stop sometimes.
And rest.
It starts the moment you realise that you’re not quite who you used to be.
Some of that is good, some of that is not.
There are parts of you that need to be brought back.
And if anyone in your life is not okay with that… they are not your people. Your people will be glad to see that spark starting to light up again.
So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes to things that bring you joy and no to things that don’t.

It’s really pretty simple.

I often ask my clients to speak their truth ... Today I would like to YELL that sentiment.

We have had a COVID case in Darwin that has not been completely honest (WTF) and it has set the authorities back a couple of days..

Always - always - speak your truth!

Emotions 😀🤣😡😳😍

Become aware of the vast range of emotions within you.

Emotions are like the current of an ocean, they are constantly shifting and changing to what lies beneath.

Acknowledge this, feel it, and work through it. Don’t blame anyone else for making you feel a certain way. The feelings you have are yours to own, and are only true for you.

Feel and express your emotions today.

Moving beyond the mind, take an honest stocktake of how you are feeling, and why. Look behind the emotion. If you need help understanding your emotions, ask for it.

💫 Reflection

“Reflection is part of learning and thinking. We reflect in order to learn something, or we learn as a result of reflecting, and the term 'reflective learning' emphasises the intention to learn from current or prior experience” (Moon 2004).
