To meet the needs of the broad business community, industry and individuals, a diverse range of training solutions is required. From short courses through to Diploma, Smartskill offers a variety of training that can suit all situations and needs and transform individuals into professionals. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is fundamentally important for those individuals who have industry experience without the certificate and want to get back into work, or those in work who want to improve their promotion prospects. Smartskill offers RPL where previous skills and experience can be recognised to help acheive that official qualification. Some people are even eligible for government funding, to assist with this process. Through our consistent consultation with Industry we work on continually updating our materials and course content to stay relevant, provide direction and support to our clients and students and to close the gap between the skills gap and the skills shortage.
