⚽️ Today we honour Ari ❤️ 💙 💜 💚

Ari was soccer teammate and friend of many of our students here at Darlington.

Our students and teachers came today with our brightest, most crazy socks to remember the bright nature and enthusiasm that Ari lived every single day.

Our school community extends our heartfelt condolences to Ari's family. Our thoughts are with them during this incredibly difficult time.

📣 When is the best time to secure your new Play On! Sports Voucher?

Applications for Play On! Sports Vouchers will open on 27 July, with up to $200 available to help Queensland kids aged from 5-17 participate in sport.

There will be two opportunities to apply this financial year.

If you’re planning ahead for summer sport, it’s best to apply this round. If your focus is on winter sports like netball or football, you may prefer to wait for the round later this financial year.

Year 6 Beaudesert Brumbies Experience Day



Calling all Year 6 students! Head to Beaudesert State High School for the Year 6 Brumbies Experience Day on Thursday 13th August, from 8:30am – 2:30pm.



Experience what it means to be a Brumby through exciting, hands-on sessions in the Rugby League, Football (Soccer) and Volleyball Sporting Academies. Students will train with experienced coaches and current academy students while developing new skills, building confidence and experiencing life at Beaudesert State High School.



Places are strictly limited, so families are encouraged to register their interest as soon as possible by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer. Registrations will close once all available places have been filled.



Students should bring:

Primary school sports uniform
Water bottle
Lunch and snacks
Football (Soccer): Football boots and shin pads
Rugby League: Football boots and a mouthguard (compulsory)
Volleyball: Suitable court shoes (if available)

We are excited to be a part of the Naidoc event held in Beaudesert's Jubilee Park on today!!

We will have a vast range of homebaked cakes and slices, loaves and croissants, cookies and cupcakes and much more - be sure to check us out!

All funds raised go towards sending our students to school camp 🏕

It will be a fabulous morning out for the family with lots to do and see - hope to see you here!
