Hi folks. Yes, it’s finally happened. I have a huge fan, so much so that they have created a fake account in my name. Please report _justinpeternoble if they approach you saying my old account has been hacked.

Or just have a laugh and ask them stupid questions, which is what I did.

Then again, that’s probably why this happened.

Feeling strong 💪

First run (and indeed any cardio) I’ve been able to do in 5 months and managed a 4.5km at a steady pace. Feeling great and grateful that I can start getting the endorphins going again.

Had also made me realise how much of a gift it is to be able to keep your body and subsequently mind fit but it won’t last forever.

So stretching, physio exercises and yoga will be the priority from now!

You know there are things in your life that keep happening, unhealthy behaviours you keep acting out and wishing you hadn't.

Behaviours like...

❌Overreacting to situations

❌Distrusting people

❌Getting taken advantage of

❌Impulsive decisions

❌Attracting emotionally or physically abusive partners

❌Cycles of depression and anxiety, self-hatred and guilt

You probably have some idea of where they come from....experiences or trauma, often from childhood.

You probably feel this is the way it's always going to be, that you are a lost cause.

BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY.

We are human.

It's the fundamental difference between our species and every other on the planet. We have been gifted with the ability to not only become aware of, but to actively change the way we do things, to break these cycles.

✅ But it requires a choice.

A choice to do the hard work, to look at yourself honestly without emotion, understand what your negative patterns are AND

Taking action. Being brave enough to talk about it. Letting your guard down so that people can actually help you become a better person.

Believing that you have the power to change. Believing that you deserve a happier life.

☹️ Or take the easy route and do nothing. And be miserable for the rest of your days and bring others down with you.

Courage is being a man. Deal with it. Not showing weakness in adversity. Not crying. Not being a p***y.

Courage Definition: the ability to do something that frightens one; bravery.

So when you are carrying massive problems, and you don't want to talk to a mate, or get help from a councillor or open up to a group of men, think about what real courage is.

In actual fact, by not taking action keeping it to yourself is NOT COURAGEOUS but it certainly is outdated thinking.

So pull yourself together, let those old fasioned sterotypes go. Go and find supportive people to talk to. Tackle your probolems with the help of others. BE COURAGEOUS.
