Wear It Purple on Friday 27 August

You are invited to join a panel discussion with staff and students for Wear It Purple Day this Friday 27 August from 1-2pm AEST. In line with this year's theme "Start the Conversation… Keep it Going", we are encouraging faculty members to come and listen to conversations with LGBTIQ+ youth and the broader LGBTIQ+ community. Come and understand the many social barriers which LGBTIQ+ young people face and keep the conversation going.

Wear it Purple Day is about showing LGBTIQ+ young people that they have a right to be proud of who they are. Here at UNSW Medicine and Health we want to create safe spaces where our LGBTIQ+ young people can be seen and supported and where they can thrive.
