Tummy time is such an important part of your baby’s day! 👶✨ It helps strengthen their neck, shoulders, arms and core muscles, while supporting coordination and motor development.
Our little ones enjoy plenty of supervised tummy time throughout the day, building strength while having fun and exploring their surroundings. 🌿💕

We also use information and guidance from Red Nose Australia to help us stay up to date with the latest safe sleep and baby care recommendations. ❤️

Every little push, stretch and wiggle is a step towards those exciting milestones! 🥰
