CASUAL STAFF MEMBER WANTED

Southern Lights Vocal Academy

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident casual staff member to work alongside and support our Studio Director.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys communication, administration and creative work, and who is confident working independently while being part of a busy and fast-moving studio environment.

The role will include:

* Strong and professional communication with students, families and staff
* Excellent computer and general technology skills
* Creating professional posters and promotional material using Canva, while maintaining the studio’s established colours, branding and style
* Creating and maintaining Google Drives, folders, documents and other resources as required
* Assisting with student communication and general administration
* Supporting the Studio Director with the development of new programs, structures and documentation
* Helping ensure information and resources are organised, accurate and presented professionally
* Being able to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities and keep up with the demands of a fast-moving studio
* Taking initiative and being able to action tasks efficiently when required

We are looking for someone who is reliable, highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail. The successful applicant must be comfortable working at pace and able to move quickly between different tasks and priorities.

This is a casual position, with hours and responsibilities discussed with the successful applicant.

What a phenomenal night it was at our Southern Lights Vocal Academy Mid-Year Concert on Friday! 🌟

We couldn’t be prouder of every student who took to the stage and shared their talent, courage, and passion for music. From first-time performers to our more experienced vocalists, each performance made the evening truly unforgettable.

A huge thank you to our incredible teachers, staff, volunteers, families, and supporters who helped make the concert such a wonderful success. Your encouragement and dedication are what make our Southern Lights community so special.
