PERFORMANCE BENCHMARK✅
Today we wrapped up our final Benchmark test- the Barbell Benchpress - which concludes our PB testing period 🧪
Well done to everyone who gave it a crack, got some PBs, improved their form, moved faster & pushed themselves during classes 🥵
We now have so much to look forward to with a new training block, 8 week challenge & something else VERY exciting 👀
