This week we're celebrating Izaac performing one of his original songs at our End of Term 2 Concert 🎶🎸

Izaac has been a student at GRCS for many years, and it's been amazing to watch him grow into such a confident and creative guitarist. Over the past year, we've especially loved seeing him dive into songwriting and begin sharing his original music on stage.

Watching our students grow, find their own voice and develop the confidence to share their creativity is what it's all about. We couldn't be prouder of you, Izaac! 🙌🏻💛

🌟 Student Spotlight Saturday 🌟
This week we’re celebrating Zephyr! This is Zephyr playing his very first piano piece, which he learnt in only a couple of lessons! 🎹

Aside from his incredibly fast learning, Zephyr has also worked very hard on understanding the different note values in “Mary Had a Little Lamb”, focusing on the difference between notes held for 1, 2, and 4 beats. That’s a fantastic amount of progress in such a short time!

Well done Zephyr, keep up the amazing work! 👏🎶

We'll now be working through the applicants, and putting together an AMAZING day of young talent.

🌟 Student Spotlight Saturday 🌟
This week we’re celebrating Mav. He has been working super hard on “Under the Sea”, and he has absolutely risen to the challenge! Mav loves songs that let him step into character and bring a performance to life, and this one is no exception.

With plenty of lyrics, including some tricky ones, Mav has put in exceptional work both in and out of lessons to learn every word.
