Last week, some of our Year 7 and Year 10 students took part in the annual Write a Book in a Day competition!

Over the course of just one day, students were challenged to brainstorm, draft, write, illustrate and publish their very own children’s book. Both teams worked incredibly hard and should be extremely proud of everything they achieved!

As part of the competition, students also raise money to support children with cancer. We are incredibly proud to announce that, so far, our two teams have collectively raised more than $1,400!

Well done to all of the students involved for their creativity, teamwork and dedication. What an incredible achievement!

✂️ A heartfelt thank you to three incredible local hair professionals supporting Dalyellup College’s World’s Greatest Shave this Wednesday 2nd September 2026!

We are so grateful to Shaznae from Shaznae For Hair, Teresa Stafford from Luxury Lengths Hair Extensions, and Elle from Hair by Elle Harbison for generously donating their time, skills and expertise to help raise funds and stand in support of families impacted by blood cancer.

It is especially wonderful to welcome back Shaznae, a former Dalyellup College student who now owns her beautiful boutique salon in Bunbury.

Shaznae, Teresa and Elle, your support and generosity are very appreciated.
