I love my laminator!
The exciting part of being a teacher is making fun resources for the children to jumpstart their writing ideas. It’s all part of creating the perfect environment to challenge children to think and actively participate in physical play and verbal banter before putting pen to paper. Moments with Miss Gogulski aims to encourage, nurture and develop young imaginations to create confident writers.

The creative writing process is presented into manageable parts, where children will use a variety of senses, allowing for a complete understanding. Students will receive activities to continue at home to ensure that the new knowledge is well embedded and ready to use as part of their new life-long writing strategy.

Let’s shine! Let’s show off! Let’s share our AHA moments!
I had an AHA moment and realised that we need a place to celebrate our light bulb moments. I found a free pallet and applied my upholstery skills to make our AHA stage.

Writing is like running. To be able to run, we need to learn to crawl and walk first. To write, we need to learn to talk and imagine first.

Our stage is a platform to perform a happy dance or share new found knowledge when you reach an AHA moment. Why do we share our knowledge? It builds connection with peers; it helps others learn and it embeds new knowledge. Perfect recipe for the feel-good factor! 😊

Yay! It’s finally happening! AHA Moments with Miss Gogulski is ready to launch! Come and join me in my studio for . Kids let’s do this together. Discover your hidden super powers of imagination.

Parents, give your children the opportunity to shine in a fun learning environment. Your will go on a learning journey with a small group of likeminded peers. The learning environment and process is tailored to suit a variety of learning styles.

Woo-hoo! What an awesome find. A private school in the Redlands area is refurbishing! Lucky students of AHA Moments with Miss Gogulski will get to sit on happy coloured furniture to stir up and inspire creative writing sessions.
Studies have shown that children benefit in a learning environment with these colours: green – calmness and concentration; yellow – optimism and creativity; black – power and sophistication; red – energy and creativity; and blue – calmness and productivity.

Out with the old, in with the new. My carpet has supported many events and holds many wonderful memories, which I am eternally grateful for. It even has the remnants of indentations of the well-loved recliner. 😊

Now the room is ready to start a new chapter as a studio. It’s been beckoning for a while to start this adventure. New easy-clean vinyl plank flooring is down and ready to support many fun-filled AHA Moments with Miss Gogulski.

Stay tuned as we watch the home studio blossom.
