Most of you only know part of my story. So let me reintroduce myself.

After I made 2 big scary decisions - go back to College to study Exercise and Sport Science and move to Australia. Nothing seams impossible anymore.

Like I said: I kept going. Because I believed in what I was building.

And slowly, I built a community of women who wanted to feel stronger, more confident, and finally connected to their bodies.

Now I coach women online all over the world.
Come and check out my BelieveInU Program.

I wasn't going to post these... but they're too good to keep to myself.
Reading your comments fills my heart.

This is what I built BelieveInU Program for. To change the way you see yourself and the way you show up every single day.

"Not just because of the results I see in my body. It's bigger than that.", like Nat said.

That's it. That's everything.
If you're ready to feel this way too, DM me.

You don't get better by constantly changing your workouts.
Your body needs time to adapt. If your goal is to get stronger, build muscle or improve your technique, you need to give your body the chance to learn and repeat the same movement patterns.

That's how you become more efficient. That's how you build confidence. That's how you progressively lift more.

Yes, your program should evolve over time. But that doesn't mean changing every exercise every few weeks.

A good program gives you enough time to:
β€’ Improve your technique.
β€’ Progress your loads.
β€’ Get closer to failure safely.
β€’ Actually measure your progress.

Improve your split squat in 30 seconds. Give them a go in your next workout.
If you want to, send me a video doing it in the DMs and I'll tell you what to improve.

Changes in body composition are the first thing we notice in photos, of course. But listen to what I say in this video and tell me: how's your posture?

Maybe this little tip I gave my friend can help you too. Were you doing this exercise right, or does it make more sense now?

I try to switch off from being a fitness coach but I just can't, not even with my friends. I love what I do! πŸ’ͺ

Most women start lifting weights because they want to change how they look.

But the longer I coach, the more I realise that's one of the smallest reasons to do it.

Strength training helps you keep your muscle, protect your bones, support your metabolism, stay independent as you age, and build a body that's capable of keeping up with life.

You're not just exercising for today's body.

You're building the body that will carry you through the next 30, 40 or 50 years.

That's why, in my opinion, strength training isn't optional. It's one of the best investments you can make in your future health.
