As the Festival celebrates its 30th Anniversary, artists of all ages and experience levels are invited to submit work across a range of categories and mediums. With over $19,000 in prizes on offer, there's never been a better time to be involved.

🎨🍰🌼 Want to enter something in the Pavilion? Here’s how!

Whether it’s a gorgeous pet rock, weighty pumpkins, or an abstract painting of your big toe - entering the Pavilion is easy, and open to everyone!

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1:
👩‍🍳👨‍🌾 Get creative! Bake your cake, grow your veg, finish your art or craft. Read our Schedule booklet for some inspiration.

Step 2:
📍 Bring your entries to the A.R. Taylor Pavilion on Friday 14 August between 10am and 1pm.
💵 Don’t forget to bring some cash for entry fees (they’re only small).

Step 3:
📝 Fill out ONE entry form, make sure you clearly label what SECTION and CLASS each entry is for. The form is in the Schedule booklet, online, or available at the Pavilion on the day. (If you're super keen and have lots of entries, you may need to use a couple of forms 🙂)

Step 4:
➡️ Head to the right section with your form, show it to the Section Steward, and give them your entry. They’ll help you get it displayed.

Step 5:
🫴 Give your entry form to the front desk on your way out.

Step 6:
🎉 Come back on Show Day to see if you’ve won a prize! 🏅 Prize money can be collected from the Secretary’s Office at the Showgrounds.

It's a fun way to be part of the Show - and you might even walk away with a ribbon or some prize money! 🏵️
