Our Year 6 students have been getting creative with their Book Review Project! After reading a novel they enjoyed, they selected a scene from their story and brought it to life through a diorama. Alongside their colourful and imaginative designs, students also completed a written reflection to share their thoughts and answer questions about the book. It has been wonderful to see their creativity on display. A love of reading definitely shines through in these fantastic projects!

Happy Primary Principals' Day! 🌟 Principals and school leaders are entrusted with leading children through some of their most formative years – a time when they begin to develop confidence, curiosity, resilience and a sense of themselves as learners.

We want to express our appreciation to our Principal, Mr Weller, as well as our Assistant Principals, Mrs Dixon and Mrs Maltezos. Every day they support and guide our teachers, build partnerships with families and advocate for students. At the heart of their work is ensuring that every single child is known, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Thank you for all that you do in shaping the foundations of learning for our students!

100 Days of Shining Bright! ✨ Our Good Shep Preps reached a big milestone last week – 100 days of school!

To mark the occasion, they arrived at school in their brightest outfits and spent the day enjoying activities that centred around '100'. From craft activities and writing to math challenges and movement games, the Preps showed all they've learned so far this year. The finale? An afternoon disco complete with glow sticks!

Congratulations to our Preps! Here’s to the next 100 days of bright futures and learning adventures.

Crochet Club has officially begun! Mrs Miniken has welcomed a wonderful group of enthusiastic students who are excited to learn the art of crochet. Their first session focused on mastering the basic chain stitch, with everyone eagerly picking up a ball of yarn and hook to create their very first chains.

It has been fantastic to see so much enthusiasm and creativity as students begin developing this new skill and we look forward to watching their confidence and projects grow over the coming weeks!
