Join us this Sunday for a special training session with Brian Cox Sensei (8th Dan), one of Australia’s most senior and respected Shotokan instructors. With decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to share, every session with Brian Sensei offers insights and training that will elevate your karate.

If you’re 5th Kyu or above, this is a session worth making the drive to Berry for. Learning from an instructor of Brian Sensei’s calibre is a unique opportunity that shouldn’t be missed.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Berry and the stunning NSW South Coast, it’s the perfect excuse to escape the city, enjoy the drive, and spend your Sunday immersed in karate with great people.
