📚✨ DEVICE-FREE LEARNING: CONNECT, ENGAGE, ACHIEVE!

Sometimes, the best learning happens when we put our devices away and focus on what matters most. 💡

🌟 At OLM we are encouraging students to:
📖 Explore learning through books and hands-on activities
💬 Build communication and collaboration skills
🧠 Strengthen creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving
🤝 Connect with classmates and teachers
✍️ Develop focus, independence and confidence

Less screen time, more meaningful learning! Together, we are creating opportunities for our students to engage, discover and thrive. 💙

We love seeing our OLM girls ride to school, but being a responsible rider means riding safe. Here are 4 quick reminders for a safe journey to and from school:

1. Protect your head – wear a helmet.

2. Control your speed - slow down near footpaths and driveways

3. Be predictable - stay in your lane and never weave in and out of traffic or between cars

4. Stay alert - no headphones or phones while riding.

Ivy has been attending Work Experience at Stella Maris Aged Care this week. She is interested in Nursing as a career and has thoroughly enjoyed her time shadowing the Nurse at Stella Maris. Mercy Day was celebrated today at Stella Maris and Ivy was presented with a Certificate and gift for her contribution to Stella Maris this week. We are very proud of you Ivy and thank Stella Maris for their support of our students.

Last night our OLMC community gathered with our Year 12 students and their families at St Aloysius Church, Cronulla, for a beautiful Graduation Mass.

It was a special opportunity to come together in faith, give thanks for the journey to here, and celebrate our Year 12s as they prepare to take their next steps beyond OLMC.

A truly memorable evening shared with our wonderful community.
