🌙 WINTER SOLSTICE MEDITATION JOURNEY 🌙

One year ago, on the Winter Solstice of 2025, we gathered for the very first Meditation Journey.

Now, as we return to Winter Solstice once again, we complete a full solar cycle together.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a sacred turning point when darkness reaches its peak and the light begins its gradual return. It is a time for reflection, release, renewal and rebirth.

There is something deeply meaningful about ending this chapter on the very same seasonal gateway where it began.

✨ It ends where it starts, and it starts where it ends. ✨

Join us for this special Winter Solstice Season Finale as we celebrate one full year of drumming, meditation, sound, connection and community.

Together we will honour what has been, release what is complete, and create space for whatever wishes to emerge in the cycle ahead.

🌿 Women’s Circle – Healing in Community 🌿

I’m honoured to be offering a gentle sound healing experience as part of this beautiful Women’s Circle created for women from refugee and culturally diverse backgrounds.

Together we’ll gather in a safe and welcoming space to connect, relax, move gently, share food, and experience the calming benefits of sound healing. These moments of community, belonging, and connection can be deeply nourishing for the mind, body, and spirit.
