*NEW DATE for 2024 Annual General Meeting and Council Elections*

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 16th was adjourned due to an insufficient quorum.

As per the GMA's regulations, a quorum is required to proceed with the meeting, and unfortunately, not enough members were present. The AGM has now been rescheduled for October 23rd 2024 at 6:30pm AWST.

Chris Walton: An international board advisor with extensive experience in energy, defense, and transportation sectors. Former Finance Director of easyJet, where he directed its successful IPO, and a former senior exec at Qantas and Air New Zealand. He also served as Audit Chair of the UK’s Submarine Delivery Agency.
