2026 RE Symposium

Jess Davis, Sophie Mackinnon and Heath Leighton attended the Melbourne Catholic Schools inspired by Faith RE Symposium.

We have been enriched by the knowledge, been inspired by faith and are excited to bring this learning back to the community over the coming weeks.

💜PANKIND FUNDRAISER

A reminder that this Thursday we have a free dress day for students to raise funds for pankind_australia in memory of Teresa Doria.

We ask students to wear a touch of purple or something Disney to honor and remember Teresa as well as bring a gold coin donation for Pankind.

The Mental Health in Primary Schools program has been expanded

Our kids deserve to feel supported and safe at every school.

That’s why we’ve provided funding for mental health leaders in every government primary school - and we are adding 3 local low-fee non-government primary schools including Hume Anglican Grammar, Mother Teresa Catholic Primary and Our Lady's Primary School.

This helps our children build confidence and resilience so they can thrive in their learning.

🔴 ANZAC DAY

Today our school captains represented the school by laying a wreath at the 10am ANZAC Day ceremony, accompanied by several members of staff.

ANZAC Day (April 25) is a national day of remembrance for Australia and New Zealand, marking the anniversary of the 1915 landing of soldiers at Gallipoli. It honours all who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.

⛑️ First Aid Training

Today all staff undertook first aid training. This vital training helps ensure that all staff are up to date with the current first aid procedures and are ready in any situation to provide life saving first aid to any member of our community!

Easter Sunday

Today we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus with profound joy, recognising it as the ultimate victory of life over death and light over darkness. It is a season of transformation and hope that invites us to rejoice in the promise of new life, moving forward as people of the Resurrection. 

Wishing all families a joy filled Easter surrounded by loved ones.
