Seven women. Different ages, different stories, different goals — but the same energy every single week.

This is our Simply Stronger group and honestly, they are one of the best examples of what MK Movement is actually about. Everyone knows each other’s name. Everyone cheers each other on. And everyone shows up — week after week — and puts in the work.

These ladies are in their 50s, 60s and 70s and they are absolutely smashing it. Stronger than they were six months ago. More confident than when they first walked through the door. And having a bloody good time doing it.

This is what community looks like to us. Not just a class. Not just a program. A group of people who genuinely care about each other — and happen to get great results along the way.

Wish when I was 12 there was an abundance of what this generation of kids have today.

We conducted elite performance tests and equipment measuring teens athletic abilities at Keilor and Craigieburn. We had a total of 35 kids attend which is a massive positive as we aim to better improve the lives of those in our local community.

Get the kids off the iPad and get them moving!!!

We’ve officially wrapped up the MK Movement 8 Week Challenge.

Honestly, this one hit different. Every single person showed up ready to work, learn, and have a crack — and it made the whole experience incredibly rewarding.

What made it even more special for me was being able to work closely with some of my best mates. To see the impact not just on them, but on their families and daily lives… that’s what this is all about.

The results speak for themselves:
Over 50kg of fat loss across the group
More than 65cm off waistlines
And most importantly — stronger, fitter, and way more confident in how to look after themselves moving forward

Choosing a winner was tough — genuinely one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make.

We are running a testing day next Wednesday at Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre & Thursday at Craigieburn Basketball Stadium from 10:30-11:30.

Cost is $20 and you’ll receive a detailed analysis of their performance and where they need to strive to be based on gender, age, weight and sport.
