Sending a big shout out to Georgie who has celebrated her 1-year anniversary with our service. Georgie is a valued part of our team and has achieved so much in her first year with us. Georgie completed her Diploma, stepped up into a room leader role and has recently commenced in the Assistant Centre Manager role. This week we are sending a huge shout out to Binny who has celebrated her 10-year anniversary with our service. Binny first joined us as our centre chef. She then discovered her passion for early childhood education, commenced her study and is now a passionate room leader. During Educators' Day, we celebrated and showed our appreciation for the amazing team of educators in our service. As part of these celebrations, our families and team were invited to nominate educators within our service to recognise and acknowledge their efforts and show their appreciation for our educator's dedication to their roles, children and services.

This year we had lots of nominations which were shared with the team in addition to the lovely messages of appreciation from our families.

This year we are so proud of Georgie Chapple who is the proud recipient of G8 Education's Stand Out Educator regional winner for 'Outstanding Practice'. This award now nominates Georgie in G8's national standout educator award for outstanding practice.

This week we get to celebrate not just one, but two amazing people in our service and their career milestones. We have welcomed Shailee back and are now celebrating her 1 year anniversary with us at North Cowra.

We also celebrated our amazing centre cook, Vanessa's, 16th year with us! We have been very lucky to have Vanessa creating delicious meals and catering to the nutritional needs of our children.

Thank you both for all of your dedication, commitment and support. We look forward to continuing to watch you achieve your goals and celebrating many more milestones with you.
