It is sad news for our class of 1979
we have lost another class mate
Jan Harper (nee Tremble) past away 25th September 2023
aged 59 years
Jan's family and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral ,to be held at St Raphael's Catholic Church Cowra Commencing at 11.00 am Thursday the 5th October 2023 Thence for interment in Cowra Lawn Cemetery.

Sister Sheelah on AUSTRALIAN STORY

I'm posting this here as it may interest many of you.

Sister Sheelah Mary who was the principal at St Raphael's for some time we were there, spent a lot of her retirement years devoted to a cause of CANICE's KITCHEN ...feeding the homeless in Sydney.

Here is an article and a link related to this about to appear on Australian Story. Not about her, but from the perspective of someone who was homeless and was helped by this project.

Ok let get some nominations for say 3 people who would like to plan and organise the next reunion. There was some discussion of doing it again in 4 years time. Please put up your hand and the first three names can be the "organising committee" for the next one !!! Set a date, location etc. Nothing like planning ahead :-)

Thank you to everyone who came to the class of 1979 School Reunion last night. An excellent turnout and it was great to see you all. Many of you travelled a long way to make it. Thanks to everyone who helped spread the word on the event.

If you have photos, please share them on this page so the memories are preserved for everyone.

Thanks to Glenn for also the Remembrance for the two of our class that sadly have left us, Cathy and Kevin.
