Literacy is so important and should not be left to chance.

Part of being a member of The Literacy Club is encouraging children to write a piece of creative writing every month.

The inspiration for the writing is taken from a book which also encourages your child to read.
In March the book was George’s Marvellous Medicine.

Children are giving a starting sentence or title and then asked to write a story. You can then send this to us, we will read it and send you a personal feedback video from a qualified teacher.

This is a great supplementary learning activity.
