As another school term comes to a close, we simply want to say thank you.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support so many schools, leaders and educators across the Alliance. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you nurture, guide and empower the next generation.

This term, we’ve witnessed countless glimmers: moments of courage, curiosity, connection and growth. Together, these moments are creating healthier, more human-centred school communities.

As you step into a well-earned break, we hope you find time to rest, restore and reconnect with what matters most. We also hope you pause to recognise the difference you’ve made this term.

And so the journey begins….
Day 1 of my face to face phase of the Institute of Company Directors - Board Directors Course. This is my “serious self”, ensuring my Trauma Academy is set up right - from the top. Loved (but I’m SO out of place) hanging with corporate giants in their respective fields. Proudly brought a bit of ‘public teacher education’ to the table and my vision for “better” for our OoHC community. Grateful to my table group who ensured I was kept up to speed with the corporate acronyms….they are a little less than ours, but still need explaining!! 🤣
