We welcomed special guests "One Wave" , a surf community organisation and Headspace Wollongong to raise awareness surrounding mental health through openly talking about mental health, whether it be talking to someone while surfing or talking to some friends. To highlight the importance of taking care of your mental health and how it can benefit your day to day lives. Thank you HeadSpace and One Wave for sharing your experiences and advice on mental health!

Illawarra Apprenticeship, Traineeship and Jobs Expo is on Wednesday 2 September, 2026, 2:00pm - 7:00pm, at the Illawarra Hockey Stadium, Unanderra.

⭐️📚This year's Book Week theme was 'Symphony Of Stories". It was great to see many students and teachers express this year's theme through their amazing costumes and to see everyone come together to share their favourite books and stories with the schoo!l⭐️📚 A huge shoutout to everyone who helped organise this amazing event and to all the students who celebrated Book Week. It was truly amazing! ⭐️📚

An outstanding day from the 14s, going through the pool games undefeated before a hard-fought semi-final.

A big effort from the 16s who competed hard throughout both games and represented CHS brilliantly. Highlight was a popped pass from Sharlet to send Violet through for a 70m try hitting 5th gear and sprinting all the way to the try line, then converting.

Well done to every girl involved today. You should all be proud of your efforts

Corrimal High School is again participating in Book Week with lots of activities from Monday 24 August through to Friday 28 August.

Monday 24 August is Dress up Day - come dressed as your favourite book character or in line with the theme Symphony of Stories. Lots of prizes on offer.

Story and Song writing competition - all students are encourage to enter. See the attached information sheet for guidelines and criteria.
