Have an Epic Lightsabre Battle!
A Yoga Class for Warriors!
Sword Yoga draws on the spirit of the warrior monk — disciplined, focused, and deeply present. This class weaves traditional yoga postures with the mindful use of the sword, transforming each movement into an act of awareness and control.
Suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners, the practice is designed to:
Cultivate steady strength and rooted balance
Refine control, precision, and coordination
Expand flexibility and range of motion
Develop focus, presence, and inner authority
The sword is not used for force, but as a teacher.
It reveals imbalance.
It demands clarity.
It invites you to move with purpose.
As the blade extends the body, the mind is trained to remain calm — guiding students beyond habit and into conscious movement. The result is a practice that is both grounding and empowering, quiet and formidable.
