Nurturing Healthy Habits for Life

At our service, we believe that healthy eating starts with positive experiences, curiosity, and connection. Food is more than just fuel—it’s an opportunity for children to explore, learn, and build lifelong habits.

From crunchy veggies to colourful fruits, we encourage children to:
🥦 Try new foods at their own pace
🍓 Engage their senses through taste, smell, and texture
🥕 Participate in mealtime conversations and routines
🍌 Develop independence by serving themselves and making choices

We create a supportive environment where children feel safe to explore food without pressure—because every small step builds confidence!

💬 Did you know? Children are more likely to try new foods when they see others enjoying them. Role modelling at home and at the service makes a big difference!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families, you can support this at home by:
✔️ Offering a variety of healthy options
✔️ Eating together when possible
✔️ Encouraging, not forcing, new foods
