Congratulations to United ITF’s newest Master Justin Chin, of Thoroughbred Taekwon-Do, who’s 7th Degree testing, 8 years in the making, culminated on the weekend, in the running of the ITF Masterclass - Chon Ji to Tong Il.
There could be no more deserving appointment to Master level in our INO, with his many years of selfless work for his club and National Association, as well as his high level instruction, along with his own National Championships success and International team representation. Thank you to all seminar and testing assistants who attended on the day, many travelling from interstate, and all those who also took part on zoom from across Australia, a well as New Zealand and Malaysia. Special thanks also to Grandmaster Con Lazos and Fusion Martial Arts, who made their dojang available for us on the day.

The Geelong Taekwon-do team was in action at the ISKA Geelong Coastal Classic today. Raya took part in her first competition and took a gold medal in patterns. Marlo took gold in patterns and bronze in point sparring. Andrew took silver in sword combat and bronze in light kick sparring. Josh took gold in light kick sparring and bronze in point sparring.
Even Mr. Phill Zdybel got in on the action for some matt time with 2 SILVERS! in creative and power breaking.

Great effort from the Geelong Taekwon-do team today. Kyra successfully completed her first comp with 2 silver medals. Marlo showed incredible indomitable spirit in his sparring taking on a red belt in the final of his division. Joshua came away with 2 silvers and Andrew took gold in his sparring division.
