Wollongong City Libraries ran a Photography Competition earlier this year with Wollongong residents being called upon to 'Capture the spirit of Wollongong today!'.

Entrants were asked to show what speaks to them about Wollongong from it's people, places, events and everyday moments - helping to build a vibrant visual archive for future generations.

Unanderra Public School are proud to announce that we have had 2 students make the long list within the 6-12 years Kids category. They were:

Nara from 2B - 'Mount Kembla from the petrol station'
Liam from 3/4L - Cannons of our History

We are also proud to announce that Annabelle from 5/6H, placed third in the same category, with her photo called 'Grandma in the City'. Annabelle also had two more photos that made the shortlist.

Congratulations to these amazingly creative students.
