Through our partnership with Cootamundra Preschool and Royal Far West, families are invited to a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 tonight exploring early childhood development.

The Royal Far West team will share practical ideas and strategies around motor and sensory skills and emotional development, with time for your questions too.

Next week, our Milestones team will be dancing every day during National Families Week to support sick and injured kids staying at Ronald McDonald House...

And their challenge starts on Monday!

Every dollar they raise will ensure sick kids can keep their families close as they endure the toughest time of their lives.

We have a week jam packed full of FUN! See below!

This morning, our Milestones team took part in a gym session as part of our team bonding and focus on physical wellbeing 💪

It was a fantastic opportunity to step away from the usual routine, move our bodies 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️, support one another, and strengthen our connection as a team. 🌿 It was a great reminder of the importance of prioritising movement, wellbeing, and taking time to recharge together.

Lots of laughs, a few sore muscles, and plenty of encouragement all round 😄💪

A huge thank you to Flourish Fitness Studio for hosting us and providing such a welcoming, supportive space. A special shoutout to Anna, who made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Her energy, encouragement, and fun approach helped the whole team feel at ease, get involved, and truly enjoy the experience. 😊🙌 We truly appreciate the time, energy, and care Anna put into making the session so enjoyable.

We’re already looking forward to doing more activities like this together! It was a great reminder of the importance of looking after our wellbeing while also having fun as a team 😊💛
