Early Childhood Educator – Full-Time Position
An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who is committed to nurturing children, supporting families, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Child Safe Service
Our service is committed to being a child safe environment. All staff are responsible for ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and rights at all times. We uphold high standards of behaviour, supervision, and care, and all educators are expected to act in accordance with our child safe policies and procedures. This includes maintaining professional boundaries, promoting respectful interactions, and supporting a culture where children feel safe, respected, and heard.
Selection Criteria
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or is willing to undertake a traineeship to complete the qualification
• Holds, or is willing to obtain, a current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Has completed Child Protection Training
• Holds a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Is 18 years of age or over
• Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the service
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Is motivated to continue professional learning and development
Desirable attributes (not essential):
• Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
• Experience in curriculum planning and documentation
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
• Minimum 12 months experience in an early learning setting
