Key reminders:

Book Week (Wednesday): Students are invited to dress as their favourite book character. Remember to bring a gold coin donation. Students must arrive and depart in formal uniform, and costumes must be school appropriate, sun safe, and free from offensive wording or graphics.

CSC's Got Talent: Heat 8 is the final heat before the semi-finals.

Year 12 Pathways Meetings: Students should come prepared to discuss their QTAC preferences and preferred and alternative career pathways.

Music Careers Expo: Year 11 Certificate IV Music students will explore career opportunities in the music industry.

Dance Performance Evening: Performances begin at 6:00 pm. Performing students are expected to arrive at 5:00 pm.

Throwback Thursday – Bringing Christmas cheer to the courts!

On Tuesday, 9 December 2025, our Junior and Senior volleyball teams visited Kelvin Grove for a Christmas-themed volleyball competition. Fuelled by candy canes and remarkable team spirit, our students embraced the festive atmosphere while demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork and determination throughout the day. Congratulations to all students who competed.

Three more weeks of incredible talent at Coorparoo’s Got Talent!

Heat 4 saw a talented Year 8 band take to the stage with an energetic performance of 'Satisfied' from Hamilton. Heat 5 had our School Captains, Ayla and Isabelle, entertaining the crowd with an iconic and hilarious High School Musical duet. Then in Heat 6, surprise contestant Mr Eadie absolutely blew the school away with a stunning rendition of Ruel’s ‘Painkiller'! A huge congratulations to all of our performers and thank you to our amazing school community for continuing to cheer on every act.

With only two more heats to go before the semi-finals begin, the competition is only getting tougher. We can't wait to see what the next week will bring!

Join us for our Year 12 Information Evening on Thursday, 30th of July, from 6pm –7pm via Microsoft Teams.

This session will provide important information about Term 4 and what Year 12 students and families can expect as they approach the end of the school year.

On Tuesday the 21st of July, our Senior General Drama students, alongside Miss Murtagh and Miss Stephens, had a fantastic evening at QPAC watching Queensland Theatre's production of Pride and Prejudice.

The performance perfectly complements Senior Drama Unit 4: Transform, providing students with valuable insight into how theatre-makers can reinterpret classic works through modern conventions and theatrical innovation. A memorable night of inspiration, laughter and learning!

Book Week is almost here!

Get ready to celebrate Book Week on Wednesday 5 August (Week 4) by dressing up as your favourite book character. Students who dress up are asked to bring a gold coin donation.

The Yearbook Club will also be hosting a bake sale. We can't wait to see the creativity and imagination on display with everyone's Book Week costumes!

We are looking forward to creating tomorrow together in week three.

2027 Student Leadership Nominations are now open. Leadership positions are available for students across all year levels. Students who are interested in nominating for a leadership position should contact Ms Perren to obtain and complete a nomination form. Nominations close on Tuesday 28 July.
