Calling all Brisbane Dancesport (or social ballroom) dancers. Our formation team will train once a week (Tuesday or Sunday nights).

The team will dance predominately the styles of Ballroom or New Vogue and the team will run for the remainder of 2024.

🌟 Formation Team... The Details🌟
We're getting closer and closer to a full team. We only need 3 more men (or ladies who are willing to dance lead).
If you're thinking of joining the team, but are uncertain of the commitment, this post is for you!
When: The class will be held eitherSunday or Tuesday nights (TBC).
Where: Orchard's Dance Studio (Cooper's Plains)
What: The Formation Team will work towards polishing a 4-6 minute routine in either Ballroom or New Vogue (the team will vote on their preference once we have a full team).
Costs: The cost will be $22 per week plus costumes and possibly travel (depending on which competitions we choose to compete at). The team may also choose to fundraise to offset set the costs of costume and travel.
The team will aim to compete at many QLD competitions throughout the year, perform at the Orchard's Gala night and hopefully, work towards at least one interstate competition this year.
The formation team is a great way to get out on the comp floor with a only a 1.5hr a week commitment!
