Head Instructor Tony Hemmings is a current 5th Degree Black Belt with ove

r 24 years experience. Tony works as a Paramedic with the Queensland Ambulance Service. Sunshine Coast Black Belt Instructors include Simon Kelly, 4th Degree, Caitlin Giunta 3rd Degree and Michael Low a 3rd Degree. All Instructors are certified and accredited being graded by the founder Master Cheah Wee Hin. Caitlin Giunta has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and is a Qualified Yoga Instructor having completed an extensive 3yr accredited teacher training diploma. You have an experienced team of instructors who will literally push you to reach your desired goals in martial arts and fitness. A friendly and welcoming ego free environment.
