Good day friendly folk

Have you ever received conflicting information about what’s good for your weight loss and what’s not. For example fruits are high in sugar does that mean they’re bad. Over the last 6 weeks we’ve learnt various principles about weight loss, this week have tie it all together with the Foods for Fat Loss (FFL) scale. This scale gives you a number on how filling a food is compared to its energy content. This is very important for weight loss. Have a peruse down the list and help take the guess work out of your weight loss journey

There are 5 artwork layouts. Pick one.
There are 12 fitness characters (6 per gender). Pick one. (you may choose to leave your artwork layout without a character)

Note: Price equals quality. The performance blend shirts and singlets are a great cut and the materials are softer than standard cotton.
Look at neck cut and shape before buying. Some of the necks are a little tight

Hey All,

Over the next 8 weeks Opportunity Fitness is running an 8 weeks series on Nutritional Habits for Weight Loss. Each week I’ll post a quick paragraph with a link to the online PDF

If weight loss is your current aim it is recommended that during the 8 week series you record your exercise habits on the sheet provided. Also recording your beginning and end waist girth will help monitor your progress

Did you know roughly 5 out of 100 people have Type 2 Diabetes. Its estimated 1 in 10 people over the age of 50 have the disease. The percentage of people with diabetes has grown by around 65% since 1980. Diabetes is a disease involving incorrect control of blood glucose levels. This leads to increased incidence of heart disease, stroke, nerve and kidney damage. Diabetes is what is known as a lifestyle disease. It can in most parts be prevented through diet and exercise. Risk factors for Diabetes include being, >45 years old, high body fat levels, low aerobic fitness, fatty and sugary diet, family history and certain racial denominations. Hey awesome folks, if you’re looking to lose weight replace anyone of your meals or a portion of your meal with a source of vegetables. Vegetables are the best foods for fat loss.
