Our four-year Apprenticeship Program gives you hands-on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople and a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate. You'll gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to excel in your chosen field and contribute meaningfully to our operations, while forging a valuable future career.

Applications are now open for the 2027 round of the RAS Foundation Rural Scholarships! If you have a passion for rural communities and are committed to a career that ensures the future success of rural and regional NSW, including the ACT, we encourage you to apply.

Scholarships of up to $7,000 for full-time study or up to $3,500 for part-time study are available. You can be studying a wide range of courses at university, college, or TAFE, including vocational education and training (VET) courses. Applications close on Monday, 5 October 2026. 🏫WORK EXPERIENCE 🏫

This week we were lucky enough to have Memphis Jones joins us for Work Experience!

We loved having him in the Gym helping with daily jobs, Classes, PT Sessions and assisting our new quests coming in the centre!

Memphis isn’t a new face to the gym but fit into our work group really well and we hope he continues to enjoy his sporting endeavours.
