✨Today we said farewell to our lovely Ms Faye as she’s going to begin a beautiful new chapter in her life! ❤️

As tomorrow is her last day before going on maternity leave, we would like to wish her all the very best for her delivery and an exciting journey into motherhood as she prepares to welcome her first baby boy.

This is such a special time, and we are so happy for you, Ms Faye! We hope your little one brings you endless love, happiness, and precious memories.

You will be truly missed by our Raising Stars family, and we cannot wait to hear all about your new little star!✨

Last week, we said goodbye to Miss Noleen as she finished her second placement here at Raising Stars Moss Vale! 💕📚

We were so lucky to have Miss Noleen complete her placement with us once again. Throughout her time at the centre, she built beautiful relationships with the children, educators and families and became a valued part of our team.

It has been wonderful watching her grow in confidence, share her ideas and continue developing her skills and knowledge as an educator. We are so proud of the effort and enthusiasm she brought with her each day!

And while we are sad to see her leave Moss Vale, we are so excited that Miss Noleen will now be continuing her journey with Raising Stars at our Leppington Centre!

On Friday we celebrated a very special gender reveal at GH2 for our wonderful chef, Miss Kaitlyn! 🥰

We are so excited to share that Kaitlyn and her family are expecting their first baby girl in March 2027!

Our GH2 family couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this beautiful milestone with you, Kaitlyn! We can’t wait to meet your little princess and watch your family grow.

✨Our Safe Hands Tree 🖐🌳

For Child Protection Week at Raising Stars Leppington, our children created a Safe Hands Tree filled with their voices, sharing the safe people, places and things that help them feel protected and supported 💛

A beautiful way to remind our children that their voices matter and they always have the right to feel safe.✨

🌟Police Visit at RS Gregory Hills 2 🌟

Constable Bao Nguyen, Constable Dean Brierley and Constable Chhorn Hong from Campbelltown Police Station came to visit GH2 again.

The children and educators were very excited to welcome the police officers and had the opportunity to ask lots of questions. The officers spoke with the children about staying safe when travelling on trains, what to do if they need help and who they can contact in an emergency.

The children also had the opportunity to learn about some of the equipment police officers use as part of their role, including batons and handcuffs. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for the children to build their understanding of community safety, emergency services and the important role police officers play in keeping our community safe.

🌟 All In Program Workshop at Raising Stars Gregory Hills

A great session of learning, reflection and meaningful conversations with our educators. We explored biases and stereotypes, and how we can advocate for children and help create a safer, more inclusive future for every child.

We had such a great time discussing, questioning ourselves and having those “light bulb” moments as we recognised assumptions we may unintentionally carry into our practice. A great reminder to challenge stereotypes and give every child the freedom to explore their interests and strengths without limits.

Ready to reflect, grow and make positive changes in the way we think and approach our practice!

✨Moss Vale All In Program Workshop!

Last week, Raising Stars Moss Vale proudly participated in our very first All In Program Workshop!

The All In Program is all about bringing our educators together to learn, connect, share ideas and strengthen our practice. It provides an opportunity for our team to come together with other Raising Stars educators, explore new ideas and strategies, and continue building our knowledge and confidence as early childhood professionals.

Our educators participated in engaging activities, meaningful discussions and collaborative learning, with a strong focus on creating positive outcomes for the children in our care. 🌱✨

We are incredibly proud of our Moss Vale team for embracing this opportunity and continuing to invest in their professional development.
