🌮 As part of our ongoing cooking project, today our preschoolers explored a new cuisine by creating their very own tacos! Our classroom transformed into a lively little Mexican kitchen, filled with the sounds, smells, and excitement of hands-on cooking.

This experience extended our recent interest in preparing different kinds of food — from cookies to tacos, the children are building confidence, independence, and curiosity in the kitchen. They practiced using tools like tongs, made choices about ingredients they wanted to put in their taco.
Cooking is more than just a meal — it’s a journey of learning, trying new things, and working together. 🍴🧑‍🍳✨

🍊 Exploring Citrus: A Sensory Adventure 🍋✨ Today, the children dove into a colourful citrus experience with oranges, lemons, and limes. Little hands squeezed, smelled, mixed, and poured as they explored textures and scents through playful experiments. The best part? Tasting the tangy fruits and making those adorable scrunched-up sour faces! This hands-on activity sparked curiosity, sensory learning, and joyful discovery. 🍋🍊
