🕯What a beautiful evening celebrating our annual Winter Lantern and Winter Solstice gathering ✨

Our school community came together in the most wonderful way—sharing warmth, creativity, and connection during the longest night of the year. The glow of handmade lanterns lit up not just our surroundings, but the spirit of togetherness that makes our school so special.

From students and families to staff and friends, it was a joy to see everyone contributing, supporting one another, and taking part in this meaningful tradition. Events like these remind us how powerful community can be when we pause, gather, and celebrate the changing seasons together 🍂

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this evening to life. Wishing all our families a peaceful and restful winter holidays.

The 8 Steiner class participated in a blacksmithing experience as part of their Industrial Revolution Main Lesson where they had to work together, follow careful safety protocols, and problem solve.

The end result was a class set of unique, beautiful, practical S hooks. Thank you Jesse Stump blacksmithing for teaching us this craft! ⚒️🗡

🎙As part of the Art/Performing Arts program the main Primary School has been working with Hip Hop artist Izzy Brown writing Hip Hop songs to be used as part of the Main Primary School Production.

P-6 spent time in the Resident Frequency Studio in Collingwood recording their songs with Izzy Brown.
