FATHER’S DAY STALL — CLASS SCHEDULE 🛍️

Our Father’s Day Stall is almost here! 💙🧡

To help families know when their child will be visiting the stall, we’ve included the class shopping schedule below.

📅 Wednesday 2 & Thursday 3 September
📍 Safe Space

Students will visit the stall with their class at their allocated time between 9:00am–2:30pm.

🌅 Before-school shopping:
The stall will also be open 8:15am–9:00am BOTH DAYS for parents and students who would like to shop together.

💰 Please remember to send your child with their spending money on the day their class is scheduled to visit.

🎁 We have a great range of gifts ready for Dad, Grandad, Pop or another special person in their life.

Parents and students are welcome to come along and shop together.
🎒 During School Hours
Students will visit the stall with their class at their scheduled shopping time.

Our Father’s Day Stall is almost here, and we need some helping hands to make it happen! 🎁

Whether you can spare a couple of hours or help for a full day, every bit of help makes a difference.

📦 SET UP DAY
Organise, clean, display, stall set-up & heavy/repetitive lifting.

🎁 STALL DAYS
Customer service, assist children with gift selection & totals, restock & supervise.

No experience needed — just come along, lend a hand and help us make the stall a great experience for our students as they choose something special for Dad, Grandad or another important person in their life. 💙

Our judging panel will meet this afternoon to make the very difficult decision of choosing our winners.

🎨📚 WHY DOES YOUR $2 COLOURING-IN ENTRY MATTER? 📚🎨

Our Book Week Colouring-In Competition is about more than prizes and having a bit of creative fun.

Every $2 entry helps us raise funds to improve our students’ play areas. 🛝🌳

When lots of families participate, those small $2 entries quickly add up — helping the Woodlinks P&C work towards creating safer, more engaging and enjoyable spaces for our students to play, connect and grow.

And the best part? Our students get to have fun while helping make a difference to their own school. 💙

📅 Entries close Thursday 27 August 2026
🏆 Winners announced at the Book Week Parade — Friday 28 August

📄 We’ve included the colouring-in page for your convenience!
Simply print it out at home, add your name, year and class to the front, and happy colouring! 🎨🖍️

Return your finished masterpiece with the $2 entry fee to your class teacher or the school office by Thursday 27 August.

Every entry helps us get a little closer to making these improvements possible.

📣 FATHER’S DAY PRE-ORDERS — PREP TO YEAR 3

Just another reminder that Father’s Day pre-orders close Monday, 24 August! 🎁

As Prep to Year 3 students won’t be attending the Father’s Day Stall during school hours, pre-ordering is their opportunity to choose something special for Dad, Grandad or another special person. 💙

Please make sure your child’s completed pre-order form and correct payment are returned to their class teacher or Front Admin by Monday, 24 August.

📥 Return your completed masterpiece to your class teacher or school admin - with your $2 entry fee.

🖼️ All entries will be proudly displayed throughout the school, so keep an eye out for your artwork!

🏆 Winners will be announced at the Book Week Parade on Friday 28th August 2026.
