Congratulations to all students who participated in our Public Speaking Competition. From Kindergarten to Year 6, students impressed with their confidence, preparation, and engaging presentations.

🌟🌹St Rose recently celebrated Book Week with the theme this year being Symphony of Stories. This years theme celebrated how individual stories like instruments in a symphony—come together to create rich, imaginative experiences for young readers. Stewart’s artwork features colourful characters bursting from a book, each with their own “weird and wonderful instruments.”

Students visited the book fair in their library lessons and created a wish list for the books they later purchased.

The whole school came together dressed in their favourite book character and take part in a Book Character Parade in the school hall. As always, the teachers joined in to celebrate this important event of the year.📚📕📔.

R U Ok ? Day
Today we recognised R U OK? Day, encouraging everyone to take the time to check in with friends, family and colleagues. This year's message, "Ask R U OK? Any Day," reminds us that a simple conversation can make a meaningful difference and that supporting one another is something we can do every day.

Students were invited to wear a touch of yellow as a symbol of friendship, kindness and connection. Throughout the day, we celebrated the importance of looking out for one another and fostering a caring and supportive community where everyone feels valued and heard.

💙 Father's Day Celebration 💙

Today we celebrated our fathers and special friends with a lovely breakfast. It was wonderful to welcome so many dads and special people into our school community.

A lovely breakfast was prepared by our PEN, dads spent time in the classrooms, where the children proudly shared their learning and showcased their special work. The morning concluded with a beautiful Father's Day liturgy, led by our Year 6 students and their Kindergarten Rosebuds.💙

🌱🔬 Celebrating National Science Week with our annual St Rose LEGO Masters event! 🧱✨

Inspired by the theme “Seeds of Science,” our students put their creativity, curiosity and problem solving skills to the test as they designed and built a wonderful range of imaginative LEGO creations.

It was fantastic to see students collaborating, experimenting, thinking innovatively and bringing their ideas to life. 🌟

Northern Beaches Athletics Carnival 🏃‍♀️🏅

Congratulations to all of our St Rose students who competed in the Northern Beaches Athletics Carnival. Our students represented St Rose with great sportsmanship, determination, and school spirit, and we are incredibly proud of their efforts.
Well done to all competitors for giving their best and being wonderful ambassadors for St Rose. 🌟

📚🎤 St Rose was proud to host the CSBB Northern Beaches Public Speaking Competition!

Congratulations to all the students who participated and shared their voices with confidence, passion and poise. We were inspired by the high standard of speaking and the courage shown by every participant.
