Our beautiful Janny’s last day at Cook Clean Connect today 🫶

I am so so sad to see her go.
We tried very hard to find a way to get her another working visa.
I unfortunately don’t qualify to sponsor her, otherwise I totally would! If anyone knows someone, who would be able to sponsor her, Please let us know!!!

Janny is a beautiful, funny, loving and caring soul, she works very hard, and is loved by many of our clients. And I know she will be deeply missed, by her regulars!

Deep Cleaning Services ✨

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is seeing the incredible before-and-after transformations. They can be amazing—but they don’t happen quickly.

Today, I simply want to say thank you to my incredible team. To each and every one of you who works alongside me, thank you for your dedication, your hard work, and your commitment.

We aren’t perfect, and some jobs can be challenging. Timeframes can be difficult when we’re trying to complete every task that’s been requested. Many cleaning tasks look simple or “quick,” but in reality, they aren’t.

Our work often involves climbing ladders, crawling under cupboards, scrubbing away built-up grease, and spending hours dusting, removing every item from shelves, cleaning each shelf thoroughly, and carefully wiping every item before putting it back.

Deep cleaning also requires patience, focus, and an eye for detail. It’s about noticing the little things and taking pride in leaving a space looking its very best.

We genuinely love the challenge, and I’m incredibly grateful for a team that gives their best every single day to achieve outstanding results whenever time allows.

I am so proud of this team. 🌻🌷

We finally have a cooking spot available again! ❤️

It’s been quite a while since we’ve had an opening, so this is a rare opportunity. If you’ve ever wished someone could take the stress out of meal prep while still enjoying wholesome, homemade food, we’d love to help.

How does it work?

🏡 We come and cook in your home, using your own kitchen and your own ingredients.

🥕 Every meal is prepared from scratch, just the way you like it.

🍽️ We can prepare as many meals as you’d like for your fridge and freezer, making life that little bit easier during busy weeks.

🥣 If time allows and the meals have cooled enough, we’ll portion everything into containers, ready for you.

🧼 Before we leave, we’ll clean your kitchen and wash all the dishes, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

📖 You can choose from our inspirational menu, or we’d be just as happy to cook your family’s favourite recipes.

🛒 Need a hand with shopping? We’re happy to create a shopping list for you too.

All you need to do is have your ingredients ready and accessible, with some bench space for us to work our magic.

❤️ There’s nothing quite like coming home to a fridge or freezer full of delicious, homemade meals—made with fresh ingredients, no unnecessary preservatives, and plenty of love.

🌻 Please Bear With Us This Week 🌻

Unfortunately, we have had several staff members become unwell this week, which has placed some pressure on our schedule.

We are doing everything we can to continue providing services and to avoid cancelling our valued clients wherever possible. Some visits may be slightly adjusted, reduced in hours, or focused on priority tasks to ensure everyone still receives support.
However Due to only a few of staff members still working hard, we might not be able to clean for everyone this week.

We kindly ask that if anyone in your household is unwell, please let us know before our cleaners or support staff arrive. This helps us protect the health of our team, other clients, and the wider community.

✨ Deep Cleaning Floors – It’s a Process, Not a Quick Wipe! ✨

Many people look at a floor and think it just needs a mop. But when floors have years of built-up grime, grease, detergent residue, and cleaning product build-up, a simple wash often isn’t enough.

In a general house clean, we only have time for a general floor wash. That’s perfect for maintenance cleaning.

However, if you want floors looking their absolute best, it can be a very different process:

🧽 1. Deep scrubbing the floor

🪣 2. Using specialised equipment and professional mops

🧼 3. Microfibre floor mopping with specific techniques and movements to lift grime from the tiny pores and texture of the tiles

💨 4. Dry mopping and buffing to remove residue and prevent smears

The result? A huge difference in how the floor looks and feels.

📸 Have a look at this photo. Can you see the difference between the tiles at the back and the tiles at the front?

The front section has been deep cleaned, while the back still has years of build-up that doesn’t come off with a normal mop. Often this build-up comes from soaps, detergents, floor cleaners, grease, and everyday traffic over many years.

Floor restoration takes time, patience, and a lot of elbow grease—but the results can be amazing! ✨
