A friendly reminder that tomorrow is R U OK Day.

Students are encouraged to wear a splash of yellow as we take time to check in with one another, start meaningful conversations and remind everyone that’s it’s okay to ask R U OK? 💛

📚📖Book Week 2026 – Symphony of Stories 🎻🎺

Today we celebrated Book Week with our annual dress-up day and parade. It was wonderful to see our school filled with so many creative and colourful costumes as students and staff brought their favourite books and characters to life.

A big thank you to our staff for their time and effort in making today’s celebrations possible, and to our families for supporting and encouraging students to get involved!

Most importantly, thank you to our students for embracing the day with such enthusiasm and helping us celebrate the joy of reading and the wonderful Symphony of Stories that books bring to our lives

📚 BOOK WEEK 2026 IS HERE 📚

We have a week filled with fun book related activities planned! It started today with DEAR Day where we had to Drop Everything And Read if Mr Pickett or Ms Cooper visited our classrooms 📖

On Wednesday, we have our Book Week Parade where we encourage students to come dressed up in their favourite book character. The parade will be in the stadium at 9.15am! We would love to see our families there 🙂

On Thursday, we encourage families to pop in and read with us between 2.45pm and 3.15pm!

This week is National Science Week, a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all things science! In STEM, we have recently been exploring solids, liquids and gases, learning about their different properties and how particles move and interact with one another.

To celebrate Science Week, we’re also taking a look back at some of the cool experiments and hands-on activities we have completed throughout the year. From testing, creating and investigating to making some exciting discoveries, there has been plenty of science in action! 🔬🧪✨
