I’m introducing a powerful new technique designed to reach deeply into the nervous system through the vestibular system.

This technique helps the body unravel old patterns and recalibrate following:

Injuries
Scars
Limited flexibility
Reduced body control
Coordination challenges
Retained reflexes

I’m looking for three volunteers who would love to experience this technique and are happy to be filmed in exchange for their session.

The more challenging or interesting the movement restriction, the better!

Send me a message if you would like to give it a go.

Save this for the little learner who just can’t get comfortable on the mat.

The child who can’t sit still, drops into W-sitting, slumps at the desk or tires easily is working hard just to hold their body upright.

These simple BrainGym movements build body awareness, coordination and core stability, helping children feel more organised, supported, and comfortable within their bodies. Working with the muscles through their associated meridians.

Because sitting still isn’t always about behaviour.

Perfect before mat time, desk work, homework, or sport.

Like and save this one for later

Vestibular activities are perfect for supporting your little learner’s balance, coordination, body awareness, focus and confidence.

They can also be a powerful addition to any sporting training program, helping the brain and body work together with greater confidence and ease.

Minerals are one of those simple foundations I keep coming back to. Energy, hydration, nervous system regulation, hormones, bones, muscles, recovery and healthy ageing… minerals are involved in so much.

I’ve shared a deeper dive into minerals, the ones I personally use and simple ways to bring more into everyday life inside my free online Kinesiology Community.

My first taste of kinesiology came during my pregnancy with my second child. I was searching, longing for something different. I only knew that what was in front of me wasn't working. I had no idea what was possible.

I don't often share that it was my own dysregulation I was seeking support for. Living with ADHD and dyslexia, everything felt hard. Work was hard. Parenting was hard. Relationships were hard. I spent so much of my life trying to prove to myself that I was capable, pushing through when really I was exhausted and consistently dysregulated.

The difference between parenting my first and second child was tenfold. Yes, they were completely different children, a boy and a girl with very different temperaments. No first-time parent nerves. But looking back, I know the biggest difference wasn't them.

It was me.

I was more regulated, more present and more connected to myself. I had learnt to understand my nervous system instead of constantly fighting against it. That changed everything. My parenting became calmer, our home felt different, and I found myself responding instead of reacting.

Kinesiology didn't change who I was. It unravelled the layers of compensation, adaptations and predictive behaviours I had developed simply to cope. As those layers fell away, I was able to reconnect with myself in a way I never thought possible. It opened my eyes to who I could be, rather than who I believed I needed to be to meet the world's expectations. It wasn't about becoming someone new. It was about coming home to myself. And when I changed, everything around me changed too.
