Year 6 students have the opportunity to attend the Orara High School Taster Day in Coffs Harbour on this Thursday, 20th August. This event allows students to become familiar with the school environment, meet staff, and experience sample classes.

Dear parents and carers,
We're so excited for this Friday's Winter Sports Carnival! If you have not already done so, please complete the permission notes, which were sent out on School Bytes last week. At this stage, only a minimal number of notes have been returned.

To ensure all students can participate in this important team-building and fun day, we've extended the cut-off for returning permission notes to tomorrow afternoon. Please submit all notes by then to support effective organisation. Thank you for helping us ensure a successful carnival for our students!

Our annual Book Week Parade is just around the corner! Join us next Wednesday at 10:15am as our students celebrate their love of reading by dressing up as their favourite book characters. The theme this year is Symphony of Stories. We can't wait to see the creativity and imagination on display—everyone is welcome to join in the fun!

The excitement is building among Tyalla students and families! If you haven’t yet set up your profile, now’s your chance - start fundraising for the opportunity to slime the teachers! All students are welcome to join in, and more details will be coming soon. Let’s make this day one to remember together!

We’re pleased to let you know that all pie orders will either be sent home with students or available for pickup from the canteen, depending on your selected preference.
