Wicking Bed Workshop on Saturday 22 August, 9am - 1pm.

Thanks to the support of Bellingen Shire Council through the Environment Levy Community Fund Northbank Community Garden have installed some fabulous new raised garden beds. They are excited to invite the community along to learn how to create wicking beds using two different sized raised beds. The workshop is designed for complete beginners and more experienced gardeners alike. You will be walked through the entire wicking bed process from start to finish, including materials, preparation, assembly and troubleshooting and provided with a written guide for you to take home so you can get started.
