My name is Rebecca Burgess, and I would like to invite you to participate in my Honours research project investigating the effect of shift work and sleep on stress. This project is supervised by Prof. Peter Hassmen. Working as a police officer or a paramedic can be stressful for many reasons. We hope to better understand how stress can be affected by shift work and sleep and whether sleep can protect individuals within the role of a police officer or paramedic from stress or other negative responses. Please help us by completing an anonymous 30-minute online survey if you meet all the inclusion criteria outlined below:
